LEAD AUTO GLASS TECHNICIAN
At Make It Mine Designs, we are seeking a Lead Auto Glass Technician who utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation services for customers at our indoor facility in Mitchell, South Dakota.
--Responsible for quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass.
--Execute projects with cut plate glass for table tops, shelving, picture frames, etc.
--Utilize proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service.
--Meet with customers and review projects in a professional and courteous manner.
--Ensure paperwork and claims are submitted with correct information. Complete invoices and reports as required.
--Order accurate amounts of parts and supplies to maintain necessary inventory.
--Recruit new business opportunities and fleet accounts.
--Meet or exceed quality and production installation metrics and quotas set forth by management.
--Complete other duties, as assigned.
--Prior experience in the auto glass industry a plus. Mechanically inclined individual preferred.
--Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
--Punctuality, dependability, cooperation & the ability to take direction.
--Maintains a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
--Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Detail-oriented.
--Typical hours are Mon-Fri, however, must be willing to work outside of normal business hours if needed.
APPAREL PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
We are seeking an Apparel Production Assistant for our expanding apparel division at our facility in Mitchell, South Dakota.
Follow daily assigned production schedule.
Follow order tickets to verify the quantity, garment color, sizes, imprint locations, colors, imprint size to be printed.
Operate a variety of printing production equipment. Successfully carry out printing process to maintain production efficiencies and high-quality standards as established.
Run, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery. Achieve perfect artwork alignment, coverage, and detail.
Positively contribute to and be aware of all printing and shipping team collaborations, duties, run rates, supplies and expectations to meet production timelines and custom order details.
Responsible for the accuracy of inventory.
Multi-tasking, accuracy and detail-oriented is a MUST.
Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Team player with good interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and between departments.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Routinely ascend and descend stairs.
