As our Make It Mine team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and well-organized team member to provide skills in accounting, office management, and sales development.




  • Process Accounts Payable. Post daily Accounts Receivable and prepare monthly AR statements. Process all client billing.

  • File and maintain paper and electronic records.

  • Manage collection efforts.

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.


Account Coordinator

  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and walk-in customers.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and new prospects.

  • Communicate with staff to execute design and production.

  • Consistent follow up on inbound leads, proactive cold calling approach, and outbound marketing.

  • Manage online web stores for clients and internal campaigns.


Front Office

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

  • Responsible for answering the phone.

  • Coordinates usage of Rental vehicles.

  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area.

  • Accepts client payments.

Project Coordination

  • Coordination and completion of all individual projects – ensuring consistency with customer expectations, company approach, commitments, and installation plans.

  • Develop and maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines from point of sale to execution. Proactively communicate with customers to establish a project pace, embrace situations to resolution providing a superior customer experience.

  • Provide tasks lists to team members and reporting to management teams regarding open, in progress, and closed projects.

  • Assist with design and production, as needed. Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction by evaluating Work Order details.


Inventory Management

  • Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.

  • Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.

  • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.

  • Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.

  • Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.

  • Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.


Front Office

We are looking for a talented Project Estimator with pre-press and signage experience who wants the opportunity to succeed with our growing team. At Make It Mine, we need a master at estimation and someone to manage all related signage projects efficiently and within deadlines. With a focus on various levels of artistic creativity, the estimator’s job is to make sure no detail is left unturned and to ensure customers' complete satisfaction.



  • Manage projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract functions.

  • Review and prepare RFPs for potential jobs. Prepare bids. Set Pricing.

  • Communicate with clients or contractors to define specs.

  • Identify labor, material, costs and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents.

  • Work with vendors and internal production teams to coordinate timelines, schedules, and creative.

  • Monitor and expedite the delivery of materials. Coordinate installer teams for project execution.

  • Assist the shop to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications.

  • Travel to sites to evaluate signage needs, sizes, and installation quality checks.

  • Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, and contracts. Maintain a complete and accurate installation record.

  • 3+ years experience in pre-press and signage.

  • Superior project management skills in signage or closely related field.
